Privacy notice
Your information, handled with care.

Who we are
RRapid Motion is a Hyderabad-first commercial and industrial freight logistics business. For questions about this notice or your information, contact us at info@rrapidmotion.com.
Information we collect
When you request a freight quote, we collect the information you submit: your name, mobile number, route and freight requirement, and any company or work email you choose to provide. We also receive basic technical information required to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, assess route and capacity requirements, and keep a record of that conversation. We do not sell your form details or use them to build advertising profiles.
Where information goes
The website is hosted on Vercel, which may provide hosting and web analytics services. Form submissions are delivered to a restricted RRapid Motion Discord channel through a secure webhook so our team can respond. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and handle your enquiry.
Retention and security
We keep enquiry details only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, or meet legal obligations. We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to limit access to these details, but no online system can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for future handling of your enquiry. Email info@rrapidmotion.com with your request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before the request.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as our services or data practices change. The current version and its update date will always appear on this page.
